Abréviations US
Salut, j'ouvre ce post pour aider à comprendre et à traduire les traductions de certaines abréviations et vocables US.
On les croise sur des annonces ou dans les manuels techniques.
Par exemple voici deux abréviations qui m'échappaient dans une annonce :
"Restored including Paint, P/S, P/B,"
J'ai du faire des recherches avant de comprendre les termes P/S P/B , qui signifient : Direction assistée - freinage assisté (Power Steering , Power brakes).
Bref mes recherches m'ont amené à trouver un lien aussi évident que clair (fallait-il encore le trouver) qui permet de décrypter ces acronymes liés à l'automobile.
Le voici pour ceux qui pourront en avoir besoin (c'est du Wiki j'ai rien inventé):
